Altruist Technologies - Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze trends and competition in the Bank/NBFC/FinTech/Shop Now Pay Later industry.

- Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with top management at Banks/NBFCs/FinTech firms.

- Oversee end-to-end deal closures, including product structuring and contract finalization.

- Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage strategic partnerships within the FinTech ecosystem.

- Use strong networking, communication, and conflict management skills to drive success.

What You ll Possess:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 8-20 years of experience in fintech/financial services, with a focus on Buy Now Pay Later.

- Strong understanding of BNPL products, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.

- Expertise in numerical analysis, advanced Excel, and presenting insights to top management.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
