Description:

Altruist Hotel, Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to support daily Food & Beverage operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets including restaurant, banquets, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of restaurant, banquets, and room service.

- Supervise, train, and schedule F&B staff.

- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback.

- Manage stock, inventory, and vendor coordination.

- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

- Support event planning, banquets, and special functions.

- Implement and maintain F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and guest service.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.

- Hotel Management or Hospitality degree preferred
