ALTROCK - Senior Product Manager

- Seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution roadmap for core digital lending and payment gateway products.

- You will bridge the gap between business, technology, and design, driving key metrics like user adoption, transaction volume, and revenue growth within the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for a core product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and evolving market trends.

- Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition (PRDs/user stories) to launch, optimization, and iteration in an Agile environment.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business Development teams to deliver best-in-class, compliant solutions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and A/B testing to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior product analysts/associates on best practices and domain knowledge.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School is mandatory.

- Proven experience (5-8 years) with a strong track record, specifically in the Fintech, e-commerce, or payments industry.

- Deep understanding of digital payment rails, lending lifecycle, and regulatory compliance (e. , RBI guidelines in India).
