ALTROCK - Senior Consultant - Supply Chain & Operations Excellence

Role Overview:

- A senior client-facing role for an experienced professional to join a high-performing advisory team.

- The Senior Consultant will lead workstreams in large-scale projects, advising clients on end-to-end supply chain transformation, cost optimization, and achieving operational excellence across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Delivery: Lead workstreams in client engagements focused on supply chain redesign, logistics optimization, procurement transformation, and working capital improvement.

- Solution Design: Develop tailored operational strategies, build process maps, and implement technology solutions (e. , S&OP, WMS, ERP modules) to resolve complex client challenges.

- Business Development: Support practice leadership in developing proposals, estimating project effort, and expanding the firm's footprint in the Operations practice.

- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Consultants on project engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalent qualification from a top B-School.

- 6-10 years of experience, with a significant portion in Operations Consulting or a senior-level industry role (e. , S&OP Manager, Head of Logistics).

- Deep functional knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, digital supply chain tools, and process improvement methodologies.

- Willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel as per project requirements
