- We are seeking an experienced, brilliant, and innovative Manager of Business Analytics, reporting directly to the Vice President of Analytics and Strategy. In this role, you will manage a team of a few individuals and will be working directly with the leadership team across Product, Technology, and Ops functions to identify and solve critical problems and build scalable solutions to deliver large business upside. - Analytics function within Hubzu.com and Equator.com (Altisource marketplace businesses) serves as the bedrock of our growth model, enabling best-in-class customer experience for our real estate buyers, sellers, and agents.


- You will be responsible for driving the maturity and excellence of our analytics function, including implementing best practices on the collection, reporting, and analysis of website/app data to drastically improve the user experience.


- You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Business Ops teams to collaboratively implement such enhancements. You'll serve in a pivotal role, helping shape our complete suite of products, served across our websites, apps, and CRM system.


- You will work in a highly qualified and competent Analytics team. Our goal as a group is to drive powerful analytics solutions with scalable results. We take our expertise in consumer psychology, quantitative modeling, and data science and apply it to our huge customer base to drive large business upside.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


1. Lead discovery and execution of insights on customer behavior & outcomes from the web traffic data

- By (i) advancing the understanding of customer base behavior across teams, (ii) providing critical feedback to the product team, and (iii) influencing traditional as well as digital marketing strategy

- Execute a data and reporting strategy through a combination of (i) Data consolidation, validation, gap analysis, and (ii) creation of holistic dashboards and presentations to executive leadership to inform and launch new lines of enquiry

2. Drive reporting efficiency by making data available when and where it is needed

3. Leverage leadership skills to develop a real dialogue in the business about challenges, opportunities, options, and actions by

- Identifying and disseminating relevant variance

- Surfacing key options for consideration, and actively drive conversation till decisions and actions are taken

4. Build and execute our proprietary advanced data models (property recommendation, buyer suspension etc.)

5. Synthesize and translate the needs of multiple teams into A/B tests

- Design and implement the full cycle of A/B testing from hypothesis creation to post-experiment analysis and presentation of results

6. Coordinate accurate tagging and tracking for customer journeys across

- Website implementation (Events, Virtual Page views, Custom Dimension/Metrics)

- Marketing campaigns (Display, SEM and Email)

7. Find, explore and use tools that can accelerate our delivery of more great features!

Experience : 6 + years (proficient in SQL/Google Analytics)


Qualifications


THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:


1. Advanced proficiency with Analytics tools


- Google Analytics/Universal Analytics, Big Query, Clickstream analysis, with a thorough understanding of implementation and analysis of web metrics analysis at scale

- Data extraction and analysis tools (MS-SQL, MySQL etc.)

- Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies & visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

2. Exposure to A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Test and Target, etc.

3. Exposure to:

- Tag Management tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Experience with Measurement Protocol methodology

- Digital marketing campaign concepts, use of marketing campaign platforms such as Double Click, Google 360 & AdWords'

4. Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields from a Tier 1 college. A master's degree or an MBA is a plus, but not required.

5. 5+ years in Analytics with a demonstrated track record of successful problem-solving in a consumer technology company

6. Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans

7. Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results

8. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at the senior executive level
