The Principal Officer will be responsible for overseeing fund management activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting governance requirements, and providing strategic leadership in line with the regulatory framework applicable to FMEs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the designated Principal Officer for the Fund Management Entity in accordance with IFSCA regulations.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable IFSCA regulations, circulars, and governance requirements.
- Oversee fund management operations, fund administration and investment-related activities.
- Liaise with IFSCA and other regulatory authorities on regulatory matters.
- Gift City Operational activities.
- Investor onboarding, Stakeholder management
- Establish and maintain robust compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Review and monitor investment processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
- Responsibility for NR/NRI/FCNR client onboarding
- Sales from NR investors across PMS/Credit/strategies
- Responsible for GIFT city feeder AIF fund sales from NR investors
- Training teams and RMs on NR NRE NRO onboarding,tax treatment,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in securities markets or financial products.
Experience should include one or more of the following:
- In product/sales of NR departments in AMC/bank for min 3-5 years,
- Proficient in understanding of IFSCA/AIF II guidelines
- Distribution management meetings/roadshows etc

Location Requirement -
