Key responsibilities:
- Program Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of SM REIT transactions and schemes.
- Continuous engagement and coordination with Merchant Bankers, Lawyers, Trustees, Auditors and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams including Compliance, Finance, Operations, Legal and Investor Relations for seamless deal execution.
- Taking complete ownership of timelines and execution milestones for upcoming SM REIT schemes.
- Overseeing all internal deliverables and ensuring readiness for regulatory and transaction-related requirements.
- Driving execution of capital market transactions from structuring stage until listing and post-listing activities.
- Monitoring transaction progress and proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Coordinating preparation and review of transaction documents, financial data, presentations, disclosures and regulatory filings.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements and other statutory obligations applicable to SM REITs.
- Managing due diligence processes with external advisors, consultants and intermediaries.
- Tracking key transaction risks, dependencies and action items and providing regular status updates to senior management.
- Facilitating communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution timelines and deliverables.
- Maintaining strong relationships with market participants, intermediaries and industry stakeholders to support future transactions.
- Supporting process improvements and implementation of best practices in deal execution and capital markets operations.
Criteria:
- Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, REITs, Financial Services, or related domains.
- CA 1st attempt / MBA from Tier 1 is expected.
- Candidates should have hands-on deal experience in running Equity or Debt Capital market transactions, Investment Banking mandates etc and should be familiar with SEBI Listing guidelines with hands-on deal experience.
- Prior experience in handling capital market transactions, IPOs, REIT/InvIT structures, investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets or fundraising activities would be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Good understanding of SEBI regulations, capital market processes and transaction documentation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable liaising with merchant bankers, counsel, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
