Property Share, a part of Alt, received the country's first Small & Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT) license from SEBI and listed PropShare Platina, India's first SM REIT scheme on the BSE in December 2024.

We are looking to hire an Investment Analyst who can work closely with our senior investment team to evaluate investment opportunities that fit PropShare's investment criteria. He / she will enable the investment team in sourcing, underwriting and closing investments. The hire will report to the Vice President, Investments.

Responsibilities:

- Source, analyze, underwrite, diligence, close and monitor commercial real estate transactions on both debt and equity basis.

- Analyse investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns.

- Prepare investment notes for IC as well as investors for both debt and equity.

- Create detailed excel models analysing the opportunity.

- Conduct thorough due diligence on the investment property including working with lawyers, brokers and accountants.

- Manage the asset listing process with SEBI including interaction with merchant bankers, legal counsels etc.

- Liaise with brokers, property consultants on a day-to-day basis to find new investment opportunities along with travel to locations where assets are being identified for acquisition.

- Study and monitor market trends and prepare memos and research notes.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Asset Management, Legal/Compliance.

- Finance and Operations and team to coordinate listing, funding and asset management.

Criteria:

- At least a bachelor's degree from Tier-1 colleges with top academic credentials or CA (1st or 2nd attempt only). An MBA from Tier-1 colleges is a plus.

- 1 - 2 years of investment experience or experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial due diligence (Big 4 accounting firms).

- Strong quantitative skills including MS Excel and strong presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).

- Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.

- Motivated, proactive, hard worker willing to put requisite hours to get the job done.

- Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
