We are looking for a D2C Lead for Dorje Teas to scale and own our direct-to-consumer business from scratch. You will be hands-on in setting up, running, and scaling our digital revenue channels while bringing in the strategic thinking needed to eventually build a growth team.
This role demands someone who can operate tools directly (ads, analytics, email/SMS automation, landing page builders) while also analyzing revenue drivers and customer segments. If you thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Digital Revenue Growth:
- Take charge of building and scaling revenue channels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid + organic platforms.
Hands-on Execution:
- Run ad campaigns end-to-end: targeting, bidding, creative testing, and optimization.
- Set up, operate, and integrate tools for performance marketing, analytics, automation, and reporting.
Customer & Funnel Analysis:
- Deep dive into data to understand customer segments, behavior, and LTV drivers.
- Build and refine acquisition + retention strategies using insights.
Brand + Creative Layer:
- Work with content/design resources (internal or freelance) to ensure campaigns marry conversion focus with brand building.
- Experimentation & Growth Loops: Design and run experiments across ads, pricing, offers, and creative formats to unlock scalable growth.
Future Team Building:
- As we scale, recruit and mentor a lean team across performance marketing, content, and growth ops.
What We're Looking For?
- Master's or Bachelor's in related field.
- Builder's Mindset: Excited to start lean, experiment rapidly, and later build a small high-output team.
- Hands-on Growth Marketer: Comfortable rolling up sleeves and directly operating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, email/SMS tools, attribution platforms, and dashboards.
- Analytical Edge: Strong skills in data analysis, funnel optimization, and cohort-based decision-making.
- Creative Instinct: Ability to brief, test, and refine ad creatives that balance brand and performance.
- Ownership & Agility: Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
