
- You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
- You'll play a critical role in supporting the financial oversight of our R&D activities, ensuring innovation affordability, and driving standardization across reporting and controlling processes.
- Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across finance, engineering, and R&D management, contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) enablement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- You'll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing financial data, streamlining reporting processes, and overseeing R&D controlling for various projects, but also support the evolution of work-package and program-level controlling.
We'll look to you for:.
- Driving the rationalization of analytical structures by activity and coordinating Product End-of-Life (EoL) funding processes.
- Enabling EVM through the development of project-specific Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) mapped to R&D programs.
- Leading monthly SFTR and Rolling Forecast (RoFo) processes, including consolidation, financial review, and stakeholder engagement.
- Performing detailed financial analysis on HCC/BCC, cost nature, and other indicators.
- Managing and stabilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Coordinating budget and F1 consolidation activities, ensuring alignment with actuals and R&D data.

- MBA in Finance, CA, or CMA qualification (CA Inter or CMA Inter with relevant experience is also considered).
- 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or R&D environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of IFRS 15 principles.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with project controlling or multi-site financial flows.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluency in French or other languages is a plus).
