Could you be the full-time Project T&C (Testing & Commissioning) Manager (PrTCM) in [LOCATION] were looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your testing and commissioning expertise in a cutting-edge field.

Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer acceptance for projects, meeting quality, cost, and delay (QCD) commitments, and adhering to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.

Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Test Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams), oversee testing and commissioning activities, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of defining train acceptance criteria and supervising global customer acceptance performance, but also ensure compliance with project QCD commitments and EHS requirements.

Well look to you for:

- Defining clear and exhaustive train acceptance criteria

- Managing serial testing and commissioning activities

- Supervising customer acceptance performance for the T&C scope

- Ensuring compliance with project QCD commitments as a Work Package Owner

- Capturing and reporting non-conformities and ensuring their resolution

- Ensuring return of experience (REX) is fully captured and shared

- Masters degree in engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years experience in Testing & Commissioning of electrical, control, onboard communications, or network systems

- Experience in Test Engineering (T&C Methods) with a minimum of 2 years

- Knowledge of high-risk activities associated with electrical work and EHS requirements

- Fluent in English

- Strong leadership and result-driven mindset

- Ability to foster communication between multiple stakeholders

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a complex environment

- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
