Product Program Manager:

- This position is required to lead the critical DMS program lead by Banglore, TC and drive the deployment plan by working closely with relevant stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission andgoals of the organization.

- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.

- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety,quality and team member performance.

- Manage scope changes as per project dynamics.

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout itslife cycle.

- Analyse program risks.

- Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.

- Contribute to the roadmap definition of his/her Product.

- Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/herprogram coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Costand Delivery commitments.

Qualification and Skills:

EDUCATION : Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering - IT, CS, ECE & EEE orEquivalent.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in software design, development & validationareas and having more than 8 years of experience in program/project management.

- Strong program management principles (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring, Reportingand Closure).
