Product Program Manager:
- This position is required to lead the critical DMS program lead by Bangalore, TC and drive the deployment plan by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- This is a critical program has very high visibility.
- The candidate for this position is expected to be strong inexecution and dynamic in leadership areas.
Network & Links:
- The candidate will join with our Bangalore development center and will travel to our platform development center located in Europe.
- The Ideal candidate will be part of Technology Centre, Bangalore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Manage scope changes as per project dynamics.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout it's lifecycle.
- Analyse program risks.
- Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.
- Contribute to the roadmap definition of his/her Product.
- Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/her program coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Cost and Delivery commitments.
Qualification and Skills:
EDUCATION : Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum 18-20 years of experience in software design, development & validation areas and having more than 8 years of experience in program/project management.
- Strong program management principles (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Closure).
- Financial & Change management.
- excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Critical thinking, Decision making & Business acumen.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.
- Strong Influencer and negotiator Manage tricky situations with ease.
- Good people orientation and alignment.
- Demonstrate forward/futuristic thinking abilities.
- Team Player with prior experience in working with global stakeholder is preferable.
