Job Overview:

A Qualified Chartered Accountant will be responsible for end-to-end accounts finalization, audit closure, subsidiary accounting oversight, and tax compliance. The role demands strong analytical capability, hands-on experience in managing international entities, and the ability to drive accurate financial consolidation and statutory reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Mandatory - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 -7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong experience in accounts finalization, audit closure, and statutory reporting.

- Hands-on experience managing international subsidiaries and performing group consolidation.

- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and global accounting practices.

- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.

- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts as per applicable accounting standards.

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audit closure, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.

- Handle accounting, reporting, and compliance for international subsidiaries.

- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and assessments.

- Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Support management with financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.
