Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project-wise budgets, forecasts, and financial models for BOT/HAM/EPC road projects.

- Monitor actual vs. budget performance on O&M, EPC, interest costs, and annuity revenues; provide variance analysis with insights.

- Track and report SPV-level cash flows, working capital, and debt servicing schedules.

- Coordinate with project teams, accounts, and technical teams to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and projections.

- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, investor reporting, and board presentations.

- Monitor lender covenants, DSRA status, and financial ratios as per loan agreements.

- Support statutory and internal audits with financial data and project cost details.

- Prepare sensitivity/scenario analysis for annuity changes, inflation impact, interest rate fluctuations, etc.

Educational Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Desired Profile:

- Strong knowledge of project finance structure, annuity/traffic-based models, and infrastructure cash flow patterns.

- Excellent command over Excel-based financial modelling, pivot tables, and dashboards.

- Working knowledge of concession agreements, debt covenants, and financial closure
documentation.

- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams and

external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Roads (BOT/HAM), Highways, Infrastructure, EPC/Construction companies, or Infrastructure InvITs.
