The platform seeks to invest across commodities, equities, credit in various alternative spaces like arbitrage, long short trading, options trading, private deals, distress deals, etc. Its core focus is to generate superior alpha using operational, quantitative, agency, leverage and other means. - Alpha Alternatives is looking to hire smart and high achieving individuals with an ambition for steep learning and growth for its Associate level requirements. - For the Associate level, the firm is looking for recent graduates with less than 3 years of work experience post their Masters degree in Business studies, Finance, Economics, Commerce or qualified CAs. A definite requirement for the candidate is to have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, ability to multi-task and work seamlessly in an unstructured environment. Only candidates with excellent academic credentials such as IITs, IIMs, CA rank holders, DSE, Stephens, SRCC or equivalent will be considered. - Associates will get a unique opportunity to team up with VPs or Partners on live investment opportunities across one or more asset classes for deal or trade evaluation, developing financial models, researching concepts, structuring and execution related responsibilities. - A successful candidate should expect to get very high quality on-the-job experience and strong mentoring under professionals from premier international and Indian business schools with global experience. - Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.
