Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Execution Head to lead the end-to-end execution of merchant banking assignments, primarily focused on IPOs, OFS, and related capital market transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in equity capital markets and possess strong project management and regulatory compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the execution of merchant banking assignments including Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and Offer for Sale (OFS).

- Conduct and oversee financial due diligence for prospective and existing clients.

- Assist in structuring issues and developing the overall strategy for fundraising assignments.

- Prepare and file the Offer Document with regulatory authorities (NSE/BSE/SEBI).

- Draft responses to queries and observations raised by stock exchanges and regulatory bodies post filing.

- Ensure accuracy, adequacy, and regulatory compliance of all disclosures made in public filings.

- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

- Keep abreast of updates in regulatory guidelines and best practices in capital markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified, with 7-8 years of relevant experience in merchant banking, equity capital markets, or investment banking.

- Proven track record in managing and executing capital market deals independently.

- Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, BSE guidelines and other capital market regulations.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under strict timelines.
