Vice President - B2B Loyalty Sales
Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Vice President B2B Sales to lead, scale, and institutionalize our B2B sales function within the loyalty ecosystem.
This role carries end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, strategic partnerships, enterprise account acquisition, and sales team performance.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise/B2B sales, strong exposure to loyalty, rewards, fintech, SaaS, or platforms, and a proven ability to build high-performing, accountable sales organizations that consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership:
- Own and execute the overall B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and long-term revenue targets.
- Define annual and quarterly sales plans, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies across industries and enterprise segments.
- Identify new revenue streams within the loyalty ecosystem including enterprise partnerships, channel alliances, and platform integrations.
- Drive predictable revenue growth through structured pipelines, deal governance, and performance tracking.
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships:
- Lead acquisition and expansion of enterprise and strategic B2B clients across key verticals.
- Manage complex, high-value deal cycles involving CXOs, procurement teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with partners, brands, and ecosystem players.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape value propositions, pricing models, and enterprise offerings.
Sales Team Leadership & Culture:
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing B2B sales teams across regions and market segments.
- Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.
- Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and incentive structures aligned with business outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to achieve consistent growth.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence:
- Implement structured sales processes including lead qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews.
- Drive adoption of CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize sales productivity, win rates, deal velocity, and average deal size.
- Ensure strong coordination between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning:
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs within the loyalty and B2B ecosystem.
- Translate market insights into actionable sales strategies and differentiated positioning.
- Represent the company in industry forums, partner discussions, and executive-level negotiations.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership Reporting:
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, providing regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and risks.
- Present revenue plans, pipeline health, and growth strategies to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Partner closely with leadership to align sales execution with broader business priorities
