We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President - B2B Loyalty Sales to lead and scale our B2B sales function within the loyalty ecosystem. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic enterprise partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B sales leadership, account management, and business development, with a strong understanding of loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or adjacent technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Own and drive the overall B2B sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and national sales teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable sales culture.

- Establish sales goals, KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.

- Identify new revenue streams and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing and new client portfolios.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand presence in the loyalty, rewards, and B2B engagement space.

- Identify and pursue new enterprise clients, partnerships, and alliances across key industries.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums to enhance brand visibility.

Client & Account Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise and strategic clients.

- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customized loyalty and engagement solutions that meet client business objectives.

- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to ensure win-win outcomes.

Sales Operations & Strategy:

- Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, CRM usage, and reporting mechanisms.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solutioning and execution.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reporting to senior leadership.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Provide strategic input to executive leadership on growth plans, investments, and expansion opportunities.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams.

- Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while building succession plans for critical roles.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven expertise in B2B Sales and Sales Management, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

- Extensive experience in Account Management, including managing large enterprise and strategic accounts.

- Strong background in Sales Operations, Business Development, and Revenue Growth.

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, CRM, SaaS, fintech, martech, or B2B technology-driven industries.

Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention strategies, and loyalty economics.

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
