Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
- Act as the central owner for all digital channels, ensuring consistency, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, product, and content teams to drive integrated campaigns.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- LinkedIn Ads and other relevant B2B/B2C platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve campaign efficiency.
Innovation & Emerging Trends:
Pioneer new digital marketing trends including:
- Marketing automation tools
- AI-driven campaign optimization
- Video-first campaigns (short-form & long-form)
- Emerging ad platforms and growth channels
- Experiment with new formats, tools, and platforms while building scalable playbooks for successful initiatives.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Social Media & Brand Management:
- Own Almonds AIs social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and others as relevant.
- Define social media strategy focused on brand authority, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, and performance analysis.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Data, Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and marketing dashboards.
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Team & Vendor Management (If Applicable):
- Mentor and guide digital marketers, performance specialists, and social media executives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and technology partners as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and measurable outcomes.

- Experience managing social media strategy for a tech or AI-driven brand is a plus.
