Description:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Technology to lead the organizations end-to-end technology landscape.
This role will be responsible for defining the technology vision, stabilizing core systems, driving digital transformation, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a scalable technology strategy aligned with business growth, expansion, and digital transformation goals
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive technology and digital initiatives across the organization
- Own and manage core enterprise systems including ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, along with infrastructure and cloud environments
- Ensure high system availability, performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across all platforms
- Lead vendor selection, contracting, and governance, ensuring optimal delivery and cost efficiency
- Oversee vendor-led development, including architecture reviews, delivery tracking, QA/testing, and production rollouts
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Provide strategic oversight of consumer-facing platforms such as mobile/web apps, loyalty programs, and digital journeys
- Establish and own cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT risk management frameworks
- Ensure robust IT governance, audit readiness, and compliance standards are maintained
- Build and lead internal technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, POS, WMS, CRM) and their integrations
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern IT environments
- Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and compliance standards
- Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced development teams
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to work closely with CXOs and business stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Experience in leading cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive digital transformation and change management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role (Head/VP/CTO level)
Good to Have:
- Experience in retail, QSR, e-commerce, or consumer businesses
- Exposure to loyalty platforms, customer experience tech, and omnichannel ecosystems
- Prior experience in high-growth or transformation-driven environments
