We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and operational channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies, optimizing customer engagement, and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. D2C Growth & Marketing:

- Develop and execute growth strategies across performance marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.

- Plan and implement campaigns to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI and growth.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content aligned with brand strategy.

- Drive personalization and customer segmentation strategies for better targeting and conversion.

Business & Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with growth objectives.

- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for marketing and operational initiatives.

- Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

- Implement and monitor KPIs and metrics to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Recommend new growth opportunities, products, or campaigns based on insights.

- Provide actionable reports to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.

Client & Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and vendors to enhance brand reach.

- Ensure exceptional customer experience by monitoring feedback, resolving issues, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams involved in marketing, sales, and operations.

- Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and drive a results-oriented culture.

- Foster innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in D2C growth, digital marketing, and business management (typically 5+ years).

- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website analytics.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
