Quality Assurance - Managing QA Operations. - Managing quality function to optimise customer satisfaction. Logistics / Market Pulse - Taking care of all Logistic Management for smooth functioning. - Keeping an eye on market intelligence and sharing critical information as per market scenario. Strategic Role - Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. - Understanding Rice Market, Price Trends and price movements. - Prepare Market Analytics & Sharing Purchase and Sale Timing related suggestions. - Design, implement policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep businesses on track.
