Head of Marketing Prime Responsibilities: - Build strategies for Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Design, and Creative - Responsible for optimal budget planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual level for various marketing activities - Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective synergy between marketing and sales operation. Own the CRM for effective operations - Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies - Effectively manage and scale organic traffic on all social media handles in order to boost organic growth - Work with influencers, external consultants, and marketing agencies for improving marketing efficacy and driving new initiatives - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features) to benchmark and augment necessary changes to sustain continuous competitive advantage - Work with cross-functional team (Tech, Product, and Operations) to ensure homogenized marketing pitch goes out to end users from all open-ended communication systems, products and offerings - Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics - Work closely with the management to share improvement ideas, feedback & results Requirements: - With an MBA in Marketing (Preferably from a Top B-School) you have 5+ years of work experience - Past experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably with a growth-stage startup - You have experience running successful marketing campaigns across digital(Meta, Google & LinkedIn) and offline platforms - You have a solid understanding of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc. - You have experience working with CRM tools such as LeadSquared - You have leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals - You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. - You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills. - You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver - You have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
