This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Entrepreneur in Residence. We are seeking a high-potential Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our Founder's Office and work directly with the Founders, You'll drive strategic projects, lead GTM for new brands, and manage cross-functional execution. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Strategic Projects : Own and deliver high-impact initiatives with visibility to founders and leadership.

- Launch New Brands : Take ownership of the "Building New Brands" vertical-develop GTM plans, coordinate execution, and scale new categories from zero to one.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Work across supply chain, R&D, production, marketing, and sales to bring new products to life.

- Market & Data Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and benchmark competitors to inform decisions.

- Founder Support: Act as a right hand to the founders-managing key meetings, investor materials, and strategic updates.

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve business operations.

- Special Projects: Take on initiatives like fundraising support, M&A, or internal innovation programs as needed.
