Job Overview.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to manage our client's presence across social media platforms, while also leading influencer outreach, community engagement, and digital lead generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social platforms, content planning, influencer collaborations, and performance analysis.

Job Responsibilities:.

Social media.

- Manage the planning and smooth execution of social media marketing and lead generation tasks by working closely with internal teams.

- Track and improve key performance metrics using different tools and platforms.

- Create and manage a content calendar for platforms like social media, blogs, and websites.

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and acting as their main contact for all queries and feedback.

- Write and manage engaging content for websites, emails, social media, blogs, and ads, keeping the brand's tone consistent.

- Take ownership of content performance, increasing brand reach + engagement and streamline the content creation process.

- Lead social media strategy and explore new platforms to grow the company's digital and social presence.

- Understand the target audience deeply and use that insight to guide audience mapping and targeting across owned and external digital platforms.

- Analyse what drives performance in campaigns to help improve future results and support yearly marketing plans and sales forecasts.

Influencer Marketing:.

- Identify, Evaluate & Establish contact with the potential influencers and KOLs.

- Manage end to end influencer/KOL partnerships - contract negotiations, contract finalisation, content briefing and execution, understanding the content produced and its alignment to the brand requirement and performance analysis and reporting.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

- Ensure all influencer/KOL content is in line with brand guidelines and adheres to legal and ethical standards.

- Guide the discussion on product and brand integration in influencers/KOL's content.

- Proposing and leading influencer/KOL program for overall brand awareness.

- Developing business, driving communication strategies and assisting clients with future campaign planning.

An ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum experience of 5-6 years in social media and Influencer Marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams.

- Prior experience with campaign /creator management in Creator economy /Influencer marketing.

- Strong understanding of engagement drivers, social algorithms, and analytics tools.
