Job Title: Senior Manager - Data Privacy

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields

Experience & Skills:

- Overall experience of 12+ years, with strong exposure to Data Privacy and People Management

- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including senior stakeholders and front-office teams

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate challenges and resolve conflicts diplomatically

- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with sound decision-making abilities

- Demonstrated capability to collaborate, lead, and execute initiatives across cross-functional teams

- Ability to perform under pressure and handle critical or crisis situations effectively

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering best-in-class services

- Hands-on experience in Project Management, Risk Management, and Internal Control Systems

- Interest in contributing to the development and enhancement of compliance service offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role within a global organization

- Fluency in English (mandatory) with the ability to lead presentations and meetings

- Additional language skills such as German or French are a plus
