Job Title: Product Manager
Job Description:
- We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager responsible for driving product vision, roadmap, and delivery.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams to build scalable, user-centric, and high-impact digital products.
- The role requires strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams for product delivery
- Manage product backlog and participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior analysis
- Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and growth
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into product solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, or enterprise products
- Understanding of APIs, data analytics, or cloud technologies
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
- Exposure to data-driven product development and experimentation
