
Fircosoft Watchlist Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end daily watchlist screening using Fircosoft or similar systems.
- Review, analyze, and validate alerts generated from the screening process.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to assess potential matches and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of screening activities for audit, regulatory, and reporting purposes.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance screening accuracy and efficiency.
- Train and guide team members on watchlist management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and global screening standards.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with technical teams for tool enhancements or issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, AML, KYC, or risk management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fircosoft watchlist management tools or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, sanctions, and screening processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to handle high volumes of alerts and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
