What you'll be doing:
As an accounting professional, you will be expected to:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, such as by identifying opportunities to enhance services or by implementing new processes or technologies.
- Leading and managing a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.
- Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.
What are we looking for:
- 20+ years of experience in US accounting (knowledge of US GAAP preferable) and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
