Role Overview:

Our IT Services (AI Services / Solutions) client is seeking a high-impact Alliances / Partnerships Manager to execute on our strategic alliances roadmap. As a bootstrapped AI-first company, we prioritize speed, margin protection, and technical credibility. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our engineering accelerators and the sales ecosystems of partners like Microsoft, GCP, AWS, and Anthropic.

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 7-12 years in Alliances, Business Development, or Solutions Engineering at an AI/Data startup or a boutique SI. Prior experience in establishing partnership(s) with technology partners like Microsoft, AWS, GCP is a must.

- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the BFSI/Healthcare landscape in North America (compliance, data residency, and security requirements).

- The "Hacker" Mindset: Ability to navigate complex partner portals (Microsoft Partner Center, AWS APN) without needing a manual.

- Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand the difference between RAG, LLM Fine-tuning, and Vector Databases to talk to partner engineers.

- Bootstrapper DNA: A focus on ROI. You should naturally look for ways to get the partner to pay for our marketing or infrastructure.
