Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth

- Build and strengthen relationships with gifting brands, merchants, and alliance partners

- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize partner value

- Monitor partnership performance and provide actionable insights

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, Partnerships, or Strategic Growth

- Strong experience in Gifting, Rewards, Loyalty, Employee Engagement, E-commerce, or related industries

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships

- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
