About the Role:
We are hiring a high-ownership Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and scale of core technology platforms across student, faculty, and sales ecosystems.
This role operates at the intersection of business, academics, operations, and technology, with direct ownership of products from problem discovery to launch, adoption, and scale, impacting learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive product vision aligned with business goals, learner outcomes, and market trends
- Lead user discovery through interviews, field visits, usability testing, and data analysis
- Convert insights from students, parents, faculty, and admins into a clear product roadmap
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, outcomes, and monetization
- Define success metrics and track product performance using data
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic decisions
Product Development & Execution:
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration
- Create clear PRDs, user flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
- Collaborate closely with engineering on delivery, releases, and trade-offs
- Ensure high-quality user experience across web and mobile platforms
Operational Excellence & Scale:
- Lead product rollouts across multiple centers and geographies
- Drive onboarding, training, and structured feedback loops
- Track adoption, usage, and business impact
- Enable stakeholders to effectively adopt and scale product usage
- Establish standardized processes and best practices for product operations

- Bachelors degree from Tier-1 engineering institutes (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent)
