Position Title: Inside Sales HRMS/Payroll Sales

Location: Bangalore

Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales person to join our growing HR Tech team.

This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities for our HRMS and Payroll Software Solutions by engaging enterprise clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong CXO-level relationships.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HRMS, payroll services, or HR technology sales, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

- Drive the complete sales cycle from presentation and solution pitching to closure.

- Present and demonstrate HRMS solutions to CXOs, HR Heads, and other key stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.

- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Min 3+ years in B2B software or HRMS/payroll services sales.

- Candidates from payroll services or HRMS software sales background preferred.

- Must have experience with enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated experience in selling to CXOs or HR leadership.

- Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, or HR Tech products preferred.

- Self-motivated individual contributor with a results-oriented mindset.

- Exposure to SaaS / Cloud-based solution sales will be an advantage
