Position Title: Inside Sales BFSI/FAO Sales
Location: Bangalore
Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO)/ BFSI Services team.
This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, engaging with CXO-level decision-makers, and driving end-to-end inside sales cycles.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B inside sales, specifically selling BFSI or Finance & Accounting Outsourcing services, with a strong track record in new logo acquisition and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and acquire new logos in the BFSI / FAO space.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engage and build relationships with CXO-level decision-makers such as CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Heads.
- Drive the complete inside sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales campaigns and proposals.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales data and activities in CRM tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (B2B services), specifically selling BFSI or FAO / Finance & Accounting Outsourcing services.
- Mandatory experience in new logo acquisition (hunting) and end-to-end inside sales processes.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes such as AP, AR, GL, FP&A, and Payroll.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
