Your role, your impact:

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Offshore Project Manager, youll lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support projects. In this role, youll be responsible for managing offshore teams, coordinating with on-site stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones. Your work will directly impact the success of complex global HCM transformations, enabling streamlined HR operations and an exceptional client experience across multiple engagements. This is a critical leadership opportunity to drive offshore delivery excellence, optimize team performance, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Your day-to-day:

- Lead and manage the offshore delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.

- Work closely with on-site project managers and client stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.

- Ensure project delivery aligns with defined milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Oversee daily team operations: task allocation, performance tracking, and status reporting for offshore teams.

- Facilitate functional coordination across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and OTL.

- Conduct regular project reviews, share status reports, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
- Drive team utilization and resource optimization across parallel projects or support tracks.

- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, project estimation, and proposal development.

Keys to your success:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years managing Oracle Fusion HCM projects in a global delivery model.

- Deep functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Talent, Benefits, Absence.

- Proven ability to lead offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.

- Strong familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Cloud Applications.

- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, including issue tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.

- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.

Extra edge:

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.

- Experience supporting managed services for Oracle Cloud HCM clients.

- Exposure to integrations, fast formulas, or technical reporting aspects.
