Your role, your impact:

As a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with deep expertise in North America payroll implementations, youll work as a functional expert responsible for end-to-end payroll configurations, data conversions, report development, and payroll-related solutions.

Youll partner directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead payroll implementation and support activities.

Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering accurate, timely payroll solutions that align with business needs and Oracle best practices.

This is a great opportunity to work independently while shaping critical payroll configurations and ensuring successful project outcomes for U.S -based clients.

Your day-to-day:

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations with a focus on U.S (North American) payrolls;

- Perform end-to-end functional configurations, including Payroll Elements, Element Eligibility, Payroll Flows, and Retro Pay processing;

- Design and develop Payroll Fast Formulas, Payslip formats, and Check template customizations;

- Manage Payroll Costing and Balance configurations, ensuring alignment with client requirements;

- Conduct prototypes with clients, gather feedback, and implement design refinements;

- Handle troubleshooting and issue resolution across payroll processes and configurations;

- Develop BIP and OTBI reports related to the Payroll module;

- Execute Payroll data conversions using HSDL and HDL, including Payroll Balance migrations;

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Payroll configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud;

- Provide support during SIT, UAT, and Payroll Parallel testing, ensuring timely resolution of test anomalies;

- Work independently as a hands-on functional expert within the payroll track.

Keys to your success

- Master's or Bachelors degree in any discipline;

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, with strong implementation expertise in U.S payroll;

- Proven expertise in Payroll data conversions (HSDL, HDL) and Balance conversions;

- Hands-on experience with Payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher;

- Experience with Payslip and Check template customization;

- Strong knowledge of functional configurations, Payroll flows, retro processes, costing, and fast formula development;

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process mapping, testing, and client communications;

- Ability to independently lead payroll configurations and manage project deliverables.

Extra edge

- Experience working in client-facing roles with minimal supervision;

- Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR or Benefits;

- Familiarity with parallel testing cycles, payroll audits, or SOX compliance;

- Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or technology domains.
