Job Description:
ALIENS GROUP is a premium real estate player based out of Hyderabad. It is poised to dominate the real estate market with a land bank of 1500+ acres land and to transform the way we live by matching it up with global standards and delivering exceptional quality of living spaces governed by our idea of "intelligent living".
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Aliens Group includes companies such as Aliens Smart City Pvt. Ltd., and Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd., We have successfully executed multiple projects such as Sweet Home Venus, Fast Track, Aliens Blend, Aliens Valley and Aliens Elite.
We recently secured a significant deal worth Rs. 465 crores with institutional investors from India, including a Rs. 332 crores investment from the Government of India backed SWAMIH fund for our ambitious residential project, Aliens Space Station.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligning with Aliens Group's vision.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels: digital, print, social media, events, and interactions.
- Conduct market research for insights into customer preferences and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling content and design assets.
- Lead impactful marketing campaigns for new and existing projects, maximizing visibility.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness for data-driven optimization of future strategies.
- Monitor brand sentiment and respond promptly to maintain a positive image.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage the brand budget for cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas and keep Aliens Group at the forefront of the real estate market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferably from Tier-1 colleges.
- 2+ years of experience in Brand marketing, preferably in real estate or a high-growth industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and result-oriented approach.
