About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to drive our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, focusing on user acquisition, lead generation, and ROI-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Affiliate channels, and other programmatic/display networks.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

- Creative Collaboration: Work with creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.

- Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.

- Budget Optimization: Assist in planning budgets and allocate spends to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Conversion Optimization: Track and optimize conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for seamless campaign execution.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Affiliate platforms.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution models.

- Ability to work with data-driven insights using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

- Prior experience in lead generation or user acquisition-focused campaigns is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
