Job Description:

- Responsible for Alibaba.com's local market development through channel partner management. The candidate must have sales and management experience, cross-team communication and coordination abilities, market and industry insight, and quick execution capabilities.

- The ideal candidate can lead the sales team to deliver results, facilitating the growth of Alibaba.com's business and local market share.

- Determine Go-To-Market strategies after analyzing the market and industry; fulfill the annual market expansion, sales, and service targets in the designated market.

- Build a channel network and manage the channel team, fulfilling the business targets of channel partners and managing their P&L.
