Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Algo Trader to join our trading team. As a Algo Trader for MFT strategies, you will leverage your expertise in both financial markets and programming to design, implement, and execute options trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Algorithmic Trading Development:

- Design and implement algorithmic options trading strategies using Python, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and speed.

- Analyze market data, historical trends, and risk factors to continuously optimize trading algorithms.

2. Options Market Research:

- Stay abreast of options market trends, news, and relevant economic indicators.

- Conduct in-depth research on options pricing models, implied volatility, and other factors influencing options trading.

3. Risk Management:

- Develop and implement risk management protocols using Python to monitor and manage exposure effectively.

- Communicate effectively with team members to convey trading strategies, results, and potential improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as an options trader with a focus on algorithmic trading and Python scripting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
