Job Highlights:

- 15+ years in banking program delivery with expertise in PMO/CoE transformation and KSA banking regulations.

- Lead large-scale banking portfolios, drive delivery governance, manage stakeholders, and execute outcome-driven initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

- 15+ years of experience in program and portfolio delivery within the banking sector.

- Strong experience managing large, multi-program portfolios.

- Proven experience establishing or transforming PMO/CoE and governance functions.

- Domain expertise across Core, Retail, Cards, Lending, and Digital Banking.

- Strong knowledge of KSA banking landscape; exposure to SAMA regulations preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management experience in multi-vendor, SLA-driven environments.

- Demonstrated success in driving cost optimization, automation, and delivery transformation initiatives.

- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.

- Strong leadership, governance, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities.
