Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle transformation and implementation programs across multiple business functions.

- Define program strategy, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.

- Manage Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM/SCM/CRM implementation, upgrade, migration, and support programs.

- Drive program governance, project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.

- Collaborate with business leaders, global stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful program delivery.

- Oversee multiple project teams and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

- Manage program financials, resource utilization, vendor performance, and stakeholder communications.

- Establish PMO governance, delivery standards, reporting mechanisms, and best practices.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring business continuity.

- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and regulatory standards.

- Mentor delivery managers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to build high-performing delivery capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 18-25+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management, ERP Delivery, Digital Transformation, or IT Leadership.

- Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation and transformation programs in enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud/E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, and enterprise program delivery.

- Experience leading complex, multi-country, multi-vendor Oracle transformation programs.

- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project management methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

- Hands-on experience in budgeting, resource planning, risk management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large multinational organizations is preferred.

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Oracle Cloud Certifications, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
