Sales Manager Decanter

Role Responsibilities Sales Manager (Decanter Division):
- Drive sales of decanter centrifuge systems across India.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct technicalcommercial presentations and client meetings.
- Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, and participate in tenders.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and production teams for order execution.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and strategic planning.
- Perform site visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and client communication records.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and EPC companies.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in Decanter/Centrifuge Sales (GEA, Alfa Laval, Haus, Hiller, etc.).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Science or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in industrial capital equipment sales.
- Strong technical understanding of decanter centrifuge operations and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
