
Job Description:
Lead the strategy and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize processes, strengthen capabilities, and align the salesforce with organizational objectives. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring someone who can roll up their sleeves, solve ground-level challenges, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Force Effectiveness & Strategy:
- Build and implement strategies to improve salesforce productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify performance gaps and design data-backed improvement interventions.
- Drive SFE roadmap aligned with business goals.
Sales Processes & Tools:
- Design and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to drive process excellence.
- Lead adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.'
Data, Insights & KPIs:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor salesforce performance.
- Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Incentive Design & Governance:
- Analyze historical incentive payouts and drive improvement in incentive effectiveness.
- Work with Brand Managers to design optimal brand-wise incentive structures.
- Implement clear communication plans to maximize field-force engagement in incentive programs.
Capability Building & Leadership:
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design training programs to improve capability, skills, and competencies.
- Lead and mentor the SFE team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess effectiveness of initiatives and drive refinements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships across business units to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all matters related to SFE, providing guidance and solutions.
