
We seeking an experienced, forward-thinking professional to lead Strategic Initiatives within our Sales Operations & Business Excellence function. This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role focused on driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is someone who can roll up their sleeves, dive deep into ground-level challenges, and execute complex, cross-functional projects that enhance sales efficiency, optimize channels & inventory, and strengthen our data-driven decision-making culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Ideation
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Build ROI-focused business cases and track industry trends.
- Ensure alignment with long-term business strategy.
Project Design & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
- Use project management tools to drive delivery and resolve issues.
- Roll up sleeves to solve grassroots operational challenges.
Channel Management Optimization
- Improve channel effectiveness, reach, and cost efficiency.
- Build frameworks to monitor and enhance channel performance.
- Inventory Optimization
Sales Efficiency & Automation
- Lead automation initiatives across sales processes.
- Build digital tools (CRM, dashboards, apps) with IT.
- Provide real-time insights and enable adoption via training.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Advise senior leadership on sales transformation.
- Build cross-functional alignment and lead project/MIS teams.
- Present progress, outcomes, and impact regularly.
