About the Role:

As a Sr. Director, AI, youll shape the future of intelligent product innovation by defining and scaling enterprise AI capabilities that drive customer value, operational excellence, and business growth.

What you will do:

- Lead the vision and execution of Alegeus enterprise AI strategy, transforming emerging technologies into impactful solutions that enhance products, platforms, and customer experiences.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, R&D, Data, Security, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and deliver scalable AI-powered capabilities that solve real-world challenges.

- Champion innovation by driving AI experimentation, rapid prototyping, and production-ready solutions, including intelligent automation, predictive insights, and generative AI applications.

- Establish and evolve responsible AI governance practices that ensure security, compliance, transparency, and ethical use of AI across the organization.

- Build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across AI product management, engineering, data science, and delivery, creating a culture of accountability, learning, and breakthrough thinking.

- Influence enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and capabilities that improve productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create measurable business outcomes.

Essential Skills:

- Strategic and execution-oriented leader with exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills; able to balance competing priorities, manage confidential information, lead through ambiguity, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments.

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, product engineering, AI, data, digital transformation, or related disciplines.

- Proven success defining and delivering enterprise AI strategies, applied AI solutions, automation, and generative AI capabilities.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, analytics, and delivery functions.

- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and scale AI investments that drive business value.

- Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or regulated industries such as healthcare or fintech preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, data platforms, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption practices.
