Key Responsibilities: Agile Project Management: Lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement. Scrum Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment to maximize team performance and innovation. Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure that user stories and requirements are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with project goals. Technical Oversight: Possess an understanding of frontend and backend technologies, APIs, and software development concepts. Collaborate with technical leads to address technical challenges and provide guidance to development teams during implementation. Quality Assurance and Testing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the QA teams to ensure testing and quality assurance activities are seamlessly integrated into the Agile process. Address questions and clarifications to ensure smooth testing. Empowerment and Growth: Mentor team members on Agile best practices and methodologies. Foster an environment of learning and growth within the Agile community. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment, successfully delivering software projects using Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. - Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (APIs, databases) technologies and concepts. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications are preferred.
