As a Project Manager, HR Processes and Programs supporting Human Resources in our Fort Worth, TX location, you will be trusted to work on a new frontier for our function, as we are launching the new Elevate HR team.

In this role, a typical day will include:

- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets that keep us on track and ahead of the curve.

- Use data and insights to anticipate risks, solve problems, and drive smarter decisions.

- Keep everyone aligned and energized by communicating clear action plans and progress updates.

- Ensure compliance, quality, and excellence in every phase of project execution.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

- Bachelors Degree/masters or Equivalent years of directly related experience

- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

- 5 Years of Relevant Experience.

- Position can be leveled up/down.

HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in project/program management.

- 5+ years experience managing technical/digital projects.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.

- Strong experience in change management and organizational transformation.

- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various functions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
