Job Description:

- Alcon is seeking a results-driven Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of sales technology platforms and analytics capabilities. This individual will play a critical role in enabling our sales teams through advanced tools, insights, and processes that drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and maximize performance.

- This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership experience to continuously improve sales enablement tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the deployment and management of sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics dashboards, mobile solutions).

- Partner with stakeholders to understand sales goals and develop technology-driven solutions to support them.

- Provide data analysis and insights that drive sales strategies and execution.

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance adoption and utilization of sales tools.

- Identify and resolve performance gaps in sales technology processes and recommend improvements.

-Act as the liaison between sales teams and IT to communicate system requirements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or technology enablement roles.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and reporting tools.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
